It often happens that the customers pack the goods on their own. They use inappropriate boxes and fragile parts are not protected good enough. Customers almost always forget to mark the boxes accordingly, like what is inside of the boxes, if the goods are of sensitive nature and where the boxes should be placed on their arrival. During transport and while moving these boxes there is a great danger that some damage might happen. Even though, if the transport and relocating is done by an experienced removal service, there is no chance of successfully preventing damage from happening. Such an inappropriate packing usually leads to damaged goods and to customer being really disappointed.
